Great value for the money and friendly and convenient host!! Apartment was like new. I'm a Realtor and pretty picky and this apartment was very clean and everything looked new from the paint to the sheets and bedding. Very hi tech. Modern look. Host was very nice and helpful! Had a bottle of wine, cookies and some items in the fridge stocked for us. A nice touch! When you get into the main city center, Florence is like a fairy tale city. Takes you back to the Renaissance period. Elevator was super small especially if your claustrophobic prone. Only could hold 1 person and a bag or 2 people at a time.

We liked everything. Amazing apartment, very friendly host, very close to the city main attractions. Flat was very clean, extremely comfortable, very well equipped. Safe car parking is very near to the property and costs 10€ 24 hours. You can reach to the city center by foot in 15 minutes. We loved this apartment and definitely recommend to all our friends . Fantastic! We stayed in the "music" themed apartment. Everything in the apartment was artistically detailed with the theme, including speakers in the bathroom and a double bass book cabinet! Leonardo is very sweet, he met us on arrival and showed us all the features of the house and even came with us to the parking spot which is a 10 minute walk. There were thoughtful touches like chocolates and wine and a booklet which had important information and suggestions for things to do in Florence. The apartment is easy to find and is equipped with all modern facilities (I could see that the apartment was brand new). The walk to the city centre (20 min walk to Duomo) from the apartment has a really nice feel to it. I have stayed in a lot of apartments and hotels during my travels and I really think this apartment was top notch for money. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und ein ganz netter chef! Besser geht’s um den Preis nicht, wir (2 Pärchen) waren sehr begeistert. Zimmer gross genug, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler in einer neuen Küche, tolles Bad und gemütliche Betten... die thematischen zimmer sind einfach toll und mit so viel liebe zum detail! Alleine das macht es schon einen Aufenthalt wert! In kurzer Gehdistanz (1 km) sind dann auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz.

Appartamento nuovissimo, molto pulito, accessoriato di tutto, anche di musica in bagno, molto apprezzata dai nostri figli adolescenti :) Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, insonorizzate.
